The Private Link — The Easiest Way to Manage a Group Order

This is the part of our service that surprises most schools and colleges when they first hear about it — and the part that makes the biggest practical difference to whoever is organising the order.

Once your design is approved and your order is confirmed, we set up a private page on brightywhities.co.uk just for your group. Parents and students receive a link, visit the page, choose their size and pay directly through our website. Their hoodie is then dispatched directly to their home address.

What this means in practice: no collecting money from thirty different families. No chasing people on a WhatsApp group for their size. No bulk order to distribute on the last day of term. No spreadsheet. Just a link that you share — and we handle everything else.

Here is a realistic planning timeline for a summer term leavers order:

November / December  —  Still very comfortable. Design, proof and confirm before Christmas for a stress-free spring.

January / February  —  Design and confirm order. Collect size requests — this always takes longer than expected.

March / April  —  Final artwork approval and order confirmation. Production and dispatch. Hoodies arrive in good time.
