Our items are made to order and generally take up to 4 days to process. (Orders placed before 12pm,). Your delivery should arrive 5 working days after order is placed. Allow 7 working days before contacting us to chase.
Express UK
£9.99
If you are in a hurry for your order you can select Express Shipping, this will mean your order should arrive in 3 working days after order is placed. If ordered before 12pm, if not, allow up to 4 working days.
Delay/ Lost
If your item is lost or delayed and not arrived in the timeframe set out, please contact us as soon as you become aware of issue. We will monitor all deliveries and will flag it with you if we see an issue before you do. We will endeavour to get the item sorted and delivered to you as soon as we identify a problem. If solution is not satisfactory we will refund.
